1. Description of Service

PriceHeist provides automated price tracking, competitive pricing analytics, margin monitoring, and alert dispatch services across supported e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, and Shopify.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate information when registering an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (email/password or Google OAuth authentication) and for all activities under your account. PriceHeist is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from failure to protect credentials.

3. Usage Limits & Subscription Tiers

Your use of PriceHeist is subject to your account tier:

• Free Plan: Track up to 5 product listings with 6-hour price checks.
• Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Business): Track product listings with high-frequency 15-minute price checks.

You agree not to attempt to bypass plan product limits, reverse-engineer service endpoints, or engage in abusive automated requests.

4. Third-Party Marketplace Disclaimers

PriceHeist monitors publicly accessible listing data from third-party e-commerce stores. Third-party stores may alter listing structure, block access, or enforce captchas. While PriceHeist employs automated retries and fallback engines, PriceHeist is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, or Shopify, and cannot guarantee 100% third-party website availability.

5. Termination & Account Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt platform operations. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through your account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

PriceHeist is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PriceHeist shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or merchant pricing errors resulting from third-party seller modifications.
